BADO are holding an informal free Orienteering Event on Tuesday 3rd May in Tadley/Baughurst.
The event is around the streets and off-road areas of Tadley and Baughurst. Tadley is around 9 miles north of Basingstoke, the meeting point is the Badgers Wood Pub, Wolverton Road, Tadley, RG26 5JH.
The event will use paper maps. The event is for enjoyment and a run out.
The format will be a score event with a 45 minute time limit. The map will be 7,500 scale. Starts will be from 6:15pm to 6:45pm. The Start and Finish will be by the pub.
We will supply emit cards if you do not have your own. Just bring a pen to write down numbers as proof of control visits. A compass may help but is not essential.

All are welcome to come, this is NOT limited to BADO members, we want to encourage new people to take part in Orienteering.
