BADO are holding an Informal Orienteering event on Wednesday 26th June 2019.
Starts are from 6:00pm to 6:30pm with course closure at 7:30pm.

Drayton Down is an old army barracks; mainly open and flat with lots of paths and some woodland.
There are 2 courses available a 5.9km Short Blue with a difference you need to work out the route from the control descriptions and an Orange course of 3.7km suitable for novices.
The organiser is Mike Frizzell.
Non members are welcome as we are keen to introduce new people to BADO. Please bring as many people as you can.
To reserve a map and to book food, if required, please fill in this form. This helps us to know numbers and to give the pub a pre-order of food which helps them to have the food ready quicker.
Run, jog or walk it does not matter if you do not complete the course just do as much as you can or feel like doing. We want you to have fun.
Starts are from 6.00 to 6.30 and we are using EMIT timing to log time on the course. If you do not have an Emit block then please tell the organiser and we will provide one. For this event you will receive a breakdown of your time to each control.
So bring an EMIT brick if you have one. Compass may be useful but not essential
